Under the leadership of the organizing committee, responsible for researching and proposing the overall plan and implementation plan, implementing relevant decisions of the organizing committee, responsible for the specific affairs in the preparation process, regularly reporting work progress to the organizing committee, and responsible for on-site resource allocation and unified command during the event . To undertake other matters assigned by the organizing committee.

3. Adjustment of the composition of the organizing committee and the executive committee

When the members of the organizing committee and the executive committee need to be adjusted, the unit will put forward their opinions, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee liaison office and reported to the chairman of the organizing committee for approval. The members of the Executive Committee are mainly comrades from relevant units in Beijing. If comrades from relevant departments of the State Council are required to participate, opinions from the Ministry of Commerce and relevant departments of Beijing Municipality will be submitted to the chairman of the Organizing Committee for approval.
